The aim of CALM is to foster a supportive and engaging community within the Department of Psychology, promoting personal growth, academic excellence, and professional development among its members.
OBJECTIVES
- Facilitate Peer Support: Provide a platform for students and faculty members to connect, share experiences, and offer mutual support in navigating academic and personal challenges related to psychology studies.
- Promote Mental Well-being: Organize workshops, seminars, and activities focused on stress management, mindfulness, and mental health awareness to enhance the well-being of our members.
- Enhance Academic Excellence: Offer resources such as study groups, tutoring sessions, and academic seminars to aid members in achieving academic success and excellence in their psychology studies.
